MINI POTATO PIZZAS (gluten free)
Put 6 small portions of the FRIWEIKA potato fritter dough with a spoon onto a sheet covered with baking paper. Flatten (approx. 1 cm of thickness) with a dough scraper (moisten before if necessary). First apply a thin layer of chopped tomatoes (tinned) and rebake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes. Then apply a thin layer of cooked ham, salami, sweet corn, peppers, champignons or onions etc. Spice with salt, pepper and herbs as you like. Sprinkle with grated cheese and continue preparation in the oven until the latter is golden brown.
