SMALL POTATO DUMPLINGS GRATINATED WITH SMOKED SALMON
Make small dumplings in the size of a table tennis ball out of the FRIWEIKA dumpling dough „Thuringian style“ and put them into a buttered casserole. Cut the smoked salmon slices (1 package of 200-300 g) into small pieces and mix with one pot of cream. Spice with pepper and pour over the potato dumplings. Sprinkle some grated cheese over the top as you like. Prepare for approx. half an hour in the preheated oven (approx. 180° C). Serve with chopped chives and green salad.
