CURD BALLS
Heat fat in a high pot or a chip pan up to approx. 120° C. Form the FRIWEIKA dough for Quarkkeulchen (small pancakes made of curd) with an icecream scoop into balls and put them into the hot fat. Turn if necessary. Take them out when they are golden brow, allow to drip off and put onto kitchen roll paper if necessary. Serve with powdered sugar or with chocolate sauce.
Alternatives: Mix the dough with chopped, peeled almonds or small apple pieces. Then continue as described above!
