SCOLLOPPED BAKED POTATOES
Mix well 200 g of herbed cream cheese and 100 g of gorgonzola. Cut 100 g of cooked ham into small dices and stir with 1 yolk and the cheese. Spice as you like with salt and herbs (pepper, caraway, nutmeg, paprika).
Cut 4 FRIWEIKA baked potatoes into halves and hollow a bit with a teaspoon. Mash with a fork and mix with cheese mass. Fill it into the potato halves and allow to scollop in the preheated oven for approx. 15 minutes.
