RUSTIC POTATO CASSEROLE
Put the FRIWEIKA fried potatoes in a flat casserole. Beat 150 ml of whipping cream with one yolk, spice with salt, pepper and garlic and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top and prepare for approx. 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 – 220 ° C. Serve with green salad.
