DOUGH ROLL WITH MINCED MEAT
Dough roll filled with minced meat:
Ingredients: FRIWEIKA dumpling dough „Thuringian style“ 750 g, 200-300 g of minced meat, salt, pepper, herbs and spices as you like, 1 stale bun, 1 egg, tomato concentrate as you like, transparent film, aluminium foil
Preparation: Spice the minced meat as you like add the bun steeped in water as well as the egg, optionally add tomato concentrate and mix well. Roll out the dumpling dough between transparent film to a thickness of approx. 1 cm and spread with minced meat. Roll like a sausage with transparent film, close well and wrap aluminium foil around. Put into boiling salt water and allow to steep for approx. 35 minutes.
Serve with browned butter and salad or a delicious sauce, e.g. mushroom sauce or sauerkraut.
Option: Cut the prepared, cold roll into slices and fry carefully in a pan. Serve with leaf salads and herbed curd.
