FLAT POTATO CAKES (gluten free)
Put 6 small portions of the FRIWEIKA dumpling dough with a spoon onto a sheet covered with baking paper. Flatten (approx. 1 cm of thickness) with a dough scraper (moisten before if necessary). First apply 1 table spoon of sour cream. Then apply a thin layer of fried onions, smoked bacon (dices) as you like. Add salt, pepper and herbs as you like. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top and bake in the oven until the cheese has turned golden brown.
If you want to get the cakes more crispy, prebake them without toppings in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
