Potato varieties
There is a large range of potato varieties in order to satisfy the different wishes of the customers.
They are mainly different in
- Starch content (table, fodder or industrial potatoes)
- Maturity (early, medium early, medium late, late)
- Peel colour (yellow, white, red, blue)
- Flesh colour (white or yellow)
- Tuber shape (long, kidney-shaped, semi-oval, oval, round) and
- Resistance against certain potato diseases.
